The proposal seeks to preserve the natural balance of the site and the ecological sanctuary role of the shoreline. This approach is expressed through a series of floating blocks that artificially reproduce the natural indentations of the coast. The floating district is composed of courtyard islands of two to three levels, incorporating sheltered gardens on elevated terraces, offering residents semi-private spaces and extensively vegetated areas.
