This project is a student housing development comprising 899 rooms, including 44 accessible units and 24 studios, distributed across several buildings of varying heights. The master plan includes community and cultural spaces, retail areas, and a public space along the Camac River.
I joined the project during a revised planning phase focused on improving street presence through refined building massing and enhanced ground-level activation, while celebrating the ecological significance of the reopened Camac River with a raised public promenade, rooftop gardens, and landscaped communal spaces.
